A small town that has quickly grown in popularity. Built on 03-22-2012 the city started accepting members around June and has been loved by many who live there. The city offers all sized homes, also condos, and food markets. Houses range from $25 to over $1000 dollars. The city offers many biome types and many housing styles. I try to keep coming up with new ideas so that everyone likes a home in the city. The entire Central town is protected by protection stones because it was built before city protection. Its location is at my /home (/home proush600563 paratopia) if you wish to come check it out. Available homes will have thier price written beside the door along with what area of town the house is in. If you wish to purchase a home please contact me. Paratopia is an amazing sky city, loved by all who live there.
  Purchasing a home: when you purchase a home here you will recieve access to the town wizard room (enchanting table and brewstand) and the town blacksmith (2 furnaces). I maintain ownership of all protection stones (that I have placed) to ensure that houses are not griefed but I will place aproved blocks for you and trusteds may ask to recieve a temporary pass onto the stone to build an approved project without altering their building. Also an important note furnaces will now be placed inside of larger homes (you can still opt to use the city blacksmith along with your furnace).
    Lastly the protection issue: Just to let all buyers know before they purchase, as of now, I will still maintain ownership of all chests doors furnaces etc. but will allow you onto the items. You will not be taken off I assure you and I will not snoop through your chests. Feel free to ask city members, there have been no problems with any type of theft all of your items are safe in the village. THIS IS JUST TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE WILL GRIEF INSIDE OF THE VILLAGE.
    Feel free to come look at the city anytime, since it is all protected it is open to everyone. Just come to my /home.
The town lastly offers a high ratio of trusted players including myself, so please if you have any questions about the town or opticraft in general feel free to ask us or a mod.

Also to help anyone confused about the subject, The city of Paratopia is divided into small suburbs that each contain a different theme, if it is requested enough I will post pictures of these suburbs, however, in the mean time here are the descriptions of the suburbs of Paratopia

Mineral Village- The first section of Paratopia built, features endstone homes, a city info board, the blacksmith, the city stronghold, and recently added The Charleston, and Shrimpers grilled fish. (this is the original city spawn)

Newtown- features smooth wooden designs, and one set of cobble small cobble homes, this area also includes the Newtown condos, and The Newtown Market. Also this is where the cheapest houses in the city are found. (located behind the blacksmith)

Jungle Village- jungle themed area, my personal favorite, featuring the WIZARD ROOM which contains enchanting table, full bookshelves, and a brewing stand. This area also features very nice medium sized 1 and 2 story homes, and a jungle fountain in the main area. It has a grande entry way, a 11x22 jungle themed area marks your journey into the great Jungle village (located through waterfall in Newtown)

Sparrowville- named after sparrowstar for his help in the city, this is currently the most luxurious neighborhood in the city. Featuring medium to large houses 2 or 3 stories tall and an endstone fountain, most houses have a private furnace. And feature a birch wood design, complemented with birch leaves and oak wood.(located by the Newtown Market through sparrowville archway)

The Charleston- this is not a suburb but is treated like one, The Charleston was recently put into Mineral Village, it is a large building inside of a 21x21 zone filled with housing, these houses are medium to large inside and some come with a private furnace. Feel free to take the stairs or the elevator :) and be sure to check this place out, the main material used was jungle wood, also the new sideways logs were implemented. (located beside spawn)

North Point- North Point, a private neighborhood with the larger houses and 11x11 plots for sale. To enter this area you must first contact me unless you own a plot or home inside of the area. It is located to the north of the original city spawn but can only be accessed through use of the north point spawn (/home proush600563 paratopia). This is also the area of the city that holds the government district. This area will not be covered by private ps in order to allow faster city growth. It also offers spleef arena and archery (located behind Mineral Village homes)

Bay Colony- a sub-city in the member world under complete control of Paratopia. It is in a desert biome and borders on a swamp bay that connects to the ocean via rivers and it borders a jungle. It resembles a desert oasis with irrigated canals and water systems thought the city. It features slot machines, bumper boats, and the official Paratopia archery range.(Located at /home proush600563 bay)

we currently have housing, (food) markets, Enchanting room with full bookshelves (free to city members), a community blacksmith (free to city members), and a town hall, feel free to suggest new building ideas.

Also I'm not sure if i mentioned it but this city (although it is in the guest world) only allows opticraft members+ to purchase homes.

-no griefing of any kind will be allowed
-lava is not permitted on city plots.
-you understand that you may not dig below your plot however you may build as high as you wish.
- you will stay within your plot limits and will not go over the paths or boundaries.
-your design will be a home not a statue, words, etc.
-your design will be beneficial to the town ( no wooden box homes or cobble homes)
-upon acceptance you will be allowed to build after proush600563 receives money for the plot.

By the way everyone for the current poll
A small home ($25-$90) is around a 3x3 or 4x4 single level home, very small but a good cheap stater home.

A medium home will usually be a two or three story 5x5 or 7x7 just depending on the area of town.

And a large designer home the current largest is 8x10 and is 4 stories and costs $5000
Check out the link under the north point progress section to view some of these homes from overhead.

!the deminsions of the homes are listed by floorspace not by the size of the exterior!

You've been banned 3 times and all for griefing let me think on it for a little while, if you do grief at all in the city you will be removed from the city and your possessions may not be returned.
I will try to let you know my final decision tomorrow. If I accept you I will place your name on a plot and you can begin building as soon as you pay, and as long as you follow the building rules.

I am accepting you but you will be sharing a plot with brokeness it is a 21x21. She requested this plot be reserved for the both of you. It will cost $2000 and how the two of you pay can be decided between the two of you. Of you have any problems with this please let me know.

2nd two are made of spruce wood, both very harder to find materials

I honestly dont know who will be building it. Do not worry about this, college is a top priority, not minecraft. Keep your grades up, and good luck on your paper. Just do this whenever you have the time.

Done with the plot early its $2000 and I will unlock it for ya when you pay your name is on it though

also with citizenship ( after you pay)you get to use the Wizard room and blacksmith

Lastly a note to everyone (other than pew) prices of plots are going to be changed because I have lost my log supplier and unfortunately with it being a sky city, I have to build platforms for plots. So I will try to keep them on the cheap side I don't make much profit on plots, but just a heads up.
