All of Bay Colony's major beachfront property has now been claimed aside from the southern corner of the beach.

All 21x21 plots are currently out of stock in both Paratopia and Paratopia: bay colony
They can be built upon request though and I might be building more soon as we'll as expanding bay colony closer to its border

when i get around to it i dont mind if you'd like to help, im currently still thinking on how to expand next, if i expand bay i will need sandstone for the wall.

What I'm thinking of doing is making a town about the same size as the bay colony but in the swamplands to the east and possibly the grasslands in the northeast and upon completion I'll allow you to annex it.

if you want you could build it between a Bay Colony and a that is in the Golden Nations with us, there is a trade route (although it isnt used a whole lot) i could show you where it is if you catch me in game. But idc if youd like to build another city.

yeah just dont get too close to the other city and try to stay on the other side of the bay
also keep the cobble opening clear so that boats can use it

the cobble thing is just to access the trade route

Ok just be sure to leave a lot of space between our cities if you build it on the bay.
