City list

I would like to suggest moving the list of active cities to is own section (ex. Suggestions, general, etc.) instead of having it under projects.
This being because I think it is hard for new members to find and I think it is most useful to new players looking for a start.
I feel if it had its own section on the forums it would be easy to access and a great recourse for new players.

Here is a city registry list that is stickied and show every active city

http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,7422.0.html -- This is a list of ALL active/ current cities and towns that exist in Opticraft. Please note that not every single city is located in this thread. Some have been taken off due to inactivity and/ or vacancy.

I don't see anywhere else where these may belong. The Projects section is for cities/ town/ large-scale projects, so the Registry List is perfect where it is since it acts as a Portal for the Projects section in regards to active cities.
