If you want to enchant something, I will enchant it for you for only $1250 or until we come to an agreement.

I will supply:
The 30 Levels of Xp
A Room of 30 Bookshelves in Perfect Layout
An Enchantment Table
(Both In My Private House)- Meaning that I won't give you the 30 bookshelves and enchantment table.

All You have to Do is Supply the Weapon, Tool, Piece of Armor..etc.
I Will Also make deals like full set of armor for only 8000 or something like that.

This Deal Will Last for As Long as I am Getting Customers

I think it will be easier o just get the xo themselfs because there are alot of free xp farms out there Like Zombie Skele Spider Blaze ect though i think you might get a customer.
