Reason for application and why you should become an operator:
(First of all I would like to let you know that I am not interested in being a full-time operator as i still like the work on projects a lot.)
The most particular reason is that I know how frustrating it is if there is no operator online to help you get promoted/undo griefer damage to your "legendary" piece of work.
This is why I want to put the responsibility on my shoulders to take care of those matters when no/to few operator(s) is/are online, I shall never ban someone without any good reason and proof of what they did.
I've also had to luck of being instructed by the operators when i started the game and hadn't a clue on what to do. It is thanks to the operator I became a fairly moderate builder in a short time. And I find it is my duty to give other starting players the same luxurious way of learning and understanding the game and our server as I had.
Extra information:
I'm am currently doing a bachelor IT-course, very interested in gaming, development.
I've also had some previous experience in social skill training.
