i was banned by joshskiiz for buildinga death hole notfor trying to kill mattyh2k1.
I believe it was handled badly by a moderator.
1. Like he said, he arrvied there before i pushed himdownthewhole.
2. he said oh he survived i guess ur lucky.
3. he said not to use help op for that so he knew what was going down.
4. the guy survived.
5. the guuwouldnt leaveafter i told him roughly 5 times
6. if he was there he shoyuldve told mestop,if its such a peoblem.
7. he waited which mods arent supposed to do i dont think.
I think i should be banned for a period of time, i think what i did was  not in the right and that i should not be perma banned

You need to adapt your ban to fit the guideline.

I banned you for your intention on killing him and making a deathtrap. I was invisible the entire time. Fix your ban appeal. Then, explain to me your "reasons" and I'll show you my proof if I must.
Do not use polls in your ban appeals.

First, I arrived there with intentions to tp him out for you. But, then you said "leave or the death hole for you!" and so I waited to see what would happen, and you decided to make a lovely deathtrap, and push matty down. Second, I don't work with attitude so calling me a smart ass wont help you. Third, either get to fixing your appeal and we both solve this problem civilly or remain banned.

I went twice. The first when you sent a /helpop to tp him out but then you said he started working so I left. Then some time later you rambled on telling him to leave while he was afk. So I went again and when I arrived you threatened to kill him. I can't ban you just because you say something, so I waited. Then you made your hole and pushed him down. He survived. I even asked an operator for their advice on the situation and they agreed on a perm ban. Your ban appeal has nothing to do with your appeal. You're missing the point. You made a deathtrap and intended on killing Matty. Since your appeal is more of a criticism than sincere regret, you wont be unbanned.
