As most of you probably know I have a town/city which I own called Towona. However I have come to the decision that I'm going to sell Towona. Ages and ages ago I settled down on a patch of land. However I had built a big house and had wasted all my money building it. I decided to make an Apartment which I could sell for a bit of money. I sold it to NickyLynch (now banned I think) and got a little money. I saw it was a success and made another apartment and sold it. And so on. Over a period of time I made other buildings. I noticed it had grew quite big so I made it as a town.

Mega Farm
I have done my maths and the town, as it is is worth $40,000 but I've decided to start it at $30,000
