Step 2: pick your most wanted enchantment(fortune, silk touch, etc.)
Step 3: name a price and we can negotiate(hockeymanseven and i)
Step 4: at tops, 4 days should be needed to aquire this tool for you. Check back for a chest with your name on it to pick up your tool/item.
Step 5: tell everyone how awesome this place is
(it will be at my /home 2 for awhile, but i will edit this when it will be at my normal /home)

Thought it said "haunted warehouse" when I quickly read the title   so....

1. Gold sword, got to have swag when killing ghost and ghouls
2. Smitness and fire, Burn the daemons
3. around 6-7 thousand, got to be spending my time researching this house before entry

It would be efficiency and unbreaking, just not the maximum levels of the two.
