Hey guys. As you know, I hate visitors in my home or the vast area around it, because I have a lot of land. But I would like announce I am officially trying to make it a village/city now. However, you must know right now that if you want in, it's EXTREMELY, and I emphasize, hard to get accepted. This place is very special to me, I have stayed here since my start of Opticraft, and currently the only other person here right now is Cazual. So here's an application you can make. If you are accepted, you must know that...

Your right in the village, if accepted, are almost as much as mine. You may take from farms, use portals, etc.  If you are interested, fill this out here, and you may copy this out. I will also make an example application right below.

Note that I may add more features and price is likely to go up with time. There is no set price. I have to know and trust you very well in order to get in. Also, if I appoint you a job it will earn you a discount or pay, and might even eliminate your (if chosen) tax.

Rank descriptions:
Owner: Who do you think this is?

Co-Owner: I may keep this limited to only Cazual, and If I don't then only ONE other may take this rank as well. Must apply.
Elite: Absolutely AMAZING builder. Controls the building department and promotes people to builder. Must apply.
Builder: Has shown great building skills. Helps me (along with Elites) with building, but only Elites can access major builds.
Redstoner: I love redstone. But I will need the help of others with redstone as well. These guys help me with that. Must apply.
Special Resident: They do something for me that wouldn't fit in another category.
Trusted Resident: One of my better Residents. Maybe they have been here quite a while, or I just really like them.
Resident: A standard resident of my private village. Just lives here.
BanList: If your name is here, you are banished from my village. I don't want you even coming here. Talk to me about getting unbanned from my village. Usually can be given to griefers.

By the way, I should also clear things up. Your plot is simply on a Small-Large-Massive basis. It really isn't an exact size.

The sizes you can choose from are...
Small (About 21x21)
Medium (About 41x41)
Large (About 61x61)
Extreme (About 100x100)
Massive (EXTREMELY massive area, could possibly spread across multiple chunks).

A lot of people have been asking me to explain trading. Not all people have a chuck Norris balance, so I have made the option to trade items with me. Usually this will be diamonds or emeralds

I can help you with the redstone. I'm pretty good at it, and maybe along with the builders. Can't say I'm the best though, as there are great home makers in this game.

Also, I would like to announce I am doing a cleanup. This place had been here since my start on Opticraft, meaning there is indeed a lot of wear and tear. I am also selling the old farm I once owned for a small price. If nobody wants it, I will simply take it down.

Edit- added new rank! Patrol rank is given to moderators regardless whether they are a member of SniperTown, and check every now and then for grief and other rule-breakers. Chipaton, if you like you may apply for that in my applications topic. (There is a pay for Patrol )
