Trusted sorting

Hello, i am a former trusted and would like to share an idea on how to pick new trusteds. Every day, i see brand new trusteds on the server. But some people are complaining that they are always doing things to help but they are not getting trusted because ops are never on. So, i thought that we should make a section on the forums that allows moderators to post application for who should be trusted, like a trusted applies for mod, mods will apply people for trusted. However, i do not belive that there should be a trusted application section. Most people could imagine that we would get 1000x more complaining and bans/kicks for spam ingame. if anyone has any other ideas/corrections/other suggestions please post below.

You dont pick trusteds, we pick them. Also, ops are almost always on. Moderators can suggest people either to us, or in the staff forums.

The system for promoting to trusted seems like its perfectly fine to me.

Alicia, i know that i dont pick trusteds because i am a member. You are an operator and as i stated in my post, ops can pick trusteds and mods cannot, they can recomened. but i belive that there should be a section in the forums that mods can truly have their selections heard instead of just typing in the chatbox "i recomend _______-". Moderators are important to.

It's the same thing as communicating with them in-game. If it were public, there would be chaos. It's fine as it is.

I don't get to know players by browsing the forums, it's the people that I play with that I learn to trust, and a LOT of people aren't even active on here, so this would really hinder people who arent on the forums.

I never said you guys did anything. remember, this is  the "suggestions" section. I am not questioning anyones methods of trusting, i just want people to be heared more by ops+

Moderators can suggest people either to us, or in the staff forums.

We aren't saying you can't suggest either. We're clarifying what mediums are present for Trusted recommendations.
