i clicked the link, and thats the page i wuz talkin abowt, and the 'change profile' button is not at the bottom, so any changes i make arent saved

What browser are you using?
Because some browsers (like Internet Explorer) can't display it for some reason

Also try: Windows Vista/7: CTRL + R > Type in "cmd" without quotes > Then, type "ipconfig/flushdns" without the quotes as well.

Actually i tried google chrome when i had the same problem, still diddnt work 
Change to Firefox it fixed it for me

had the same problem with google chrome, and i couldnt get firefox to run the right way for some reason... anyway, ive used internet explorer for the past... well... long time, and im just really used to it, so i dont want to change my browser unless i have 2

sorry for double-post, but it wont let me modify, but does it make a difference that i recently started using a new computer? just wonderin'
