My cousin accessed my account and purposely griefed to get me banned. I have changed my password so that he can no longer use my account.  Would it be possible to get me unbanned please?

Few things:
You are responsible for your own account. If you have saved your password on a shared computer, and someone else has accessed it and got your account banned, then that is your fault and you must take the punishment.
Another thing; this is actually your 5th ban on record. If it were me, I would have permanently banned your account because of the multiple infringements.

Hi, this is going to be expanded to permanent, I found about 250 blocks of grief by you, honestly should have had the ban longer than a week. This will be changed today.
