It's not that we don't want you to talk to us-- we can be and are preoccupied with other tasks that involve other players as well (some of those tasks require us to be vanished). There is nothing against you not being able to message us.
If someone were to abuse that command, then we may be having a problem and that would have to be sorted as soon as possible (I don't think any member of staff would be that rude).
