So I have a small question myself. Do operators have anything different from moderators like a different command?

Yes.
They do have the command to promote a player. They also have the /give command, and the world edit.

So, you do realize that the difference is huge.

Like Spamarian said, yes we do. On top of the ability to promote and demote players, WorldEdit, and spawning items, we can also do smaller things like change the weather and time of a world, use creative mode, and change a spawner type.

So yeah, there's a few differences in that sense.

I don't think it needs to be stickied, as some small questions have different levels of discussion, and it's best to have different questions in seperate threads so that people don't get confused.

No, they do not. That would simply be way too many warps. Using a /sethome point as the main spawn of the city works just fine.
