What could you do to help the christmas party: Well, with a talk with Radlam I'm going to be hosting the After-Party, (it's a secret!) so I would like to be staff here as well.
Did you help out with prom: No, but I still went to it.
Do you have any ideas what we could do with it: Um.... I can try and make a pinewood christmas tree with redstone torches, gold/ diamond blocks for baubles, etc..

As Xeadin said, this is a little early. The "Partay Rockas" are just finishing up with Halloween, and we are (imo) the official event crew, but if you would like to team with us, we'd be glad to have you on board.
