City name: Project name?: Tiggy's Love Palace
City location (coordinates, not biome, include world name): Member World ~ x:2850, z:500
Contributors: just me, it's kinda my member world baby, don't fear though I've taken on larger challenges, i'm not new to building on a massive scale in the least.
Mayor (Only one - this is the zone owner): Tiggy26668
Approximate dimensions: x:2730 z:320 to x:2950 z:660
is about the best i reckon from the live map. you can see it yourself here there's a wall outlining the area
http://smp.opticraft.net/map/#/2887/64/467/-3/1/0Number of active residents: it's a project not a city so 0, though i have the intention of creating an underground city in the same requested area once i'm done with my palace
Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: well it's one massive structure and i'd hoped it'd be further along by now but nicks had me busy with another project so 0... and that 0 is at about 12% and 12% is a lot....
What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: like i said above it's at about 12% maybe a little further, as for future plans, i'd rather not give away them all but i intend to create a little village above ground, a dragon flying in the skies above the castle, a redstone puzzle dungeon and an underground city to name a few.
Why should we grant this city protection?
well this palace is quite a massive undertaking and it's already attracted quite a bit of grief. as it covers such a large area and stretches from bedrock to sky limit so it's not really something i can protect with stones, which quite frankly i can't afford as i just started on smp when the member world came out.
asside from the griefing bit i hope to make it into a quite magnificent scene not just a structure. a place where people can go to have fun and interact with each other as well as the build through exploring/redstone puzzles and it'd be nice to let people in without fearing i missed a corner with a ps.
in my mind honestly i would have waited to apply until i got it to like 25% complete, which would be about the entire castle part finished but given a recent rash of breaking in and my inability to devote a lot of time to it until i finish another project(thanks nick
)i figured i'd shoot for it a little sooner
