Co-Owner Found LOCK please :)

Since spamarian "left" and theone barely visits the village and is leaving for 2 months, and I don't really visit the village myself, I have gotten permission by spamarian to request another Trusted+ co-owner of the NPC village owned by spamarian.  You would have to pay 5-20k (whatever you could afford) and fill out an application.
Once I make my decision, I have to let spamarian know who I chose and he will confirm if they will be able to co-own the village or not.

How would you improve the population/help the village by being a co-owner?: I would make sure the population wouldnt go over the top because of the plugin and I would make sure that you could definitly not get into the town and that I would visit it everday.

Lema, on Saturday, I almost caught you online.  I did /seen Radlam when I first logged on and it said you were on 2 hours ago.  Then I logged in again and did the same thing and it said you were on 38 minutes ago!  Do you think you can give someone the 10k to give to me?  Say like a moderator+ who is online when you are, that would work.
