I've seen this on a few PvP servers to define the team colours,
but I don't see any use of having it here as optical or dejected might as well spend time developing something more useful. It would be intresting to have, but I can think of better things for them to spend time on

(application programming interface) which basically means a program to run a program, in this case a plugin to run a plugin. Spout is a common API.In other words it's not as simple as making a broadcast plugin. But that being said, it's still a nice idea.

Luckily the server permissions are based on pex, at least from what I know.
