If it isn't a wireless mouse, then change the network password, and in case it is a Thomson router, you should have done it. Their algorithm is known years now, even for the new one.
Further, you can check who got a connection into your router.
And a security tip: Change the wifi-pass to WPA if it is WEP(WEPs break in 5 mins), and connect your computer with a cable and never again with the antenna. When you are wiFi connected, they can "hit" your Router.

I have seen people doing that, but that was happening from a network admin.

I have talked with someone with a HUGE knowledge of computers (dad), and he has done some work, it was a 'network over-ride' or something like that.

pull the "important for school" files out of the recycle bin and reformat/reinstall windows. no need to have a month of down time, lol.

I was not able to control my mouse and keyboard because someone else was moving it! I was watching the screen as the mous moved over my icons, deleted ****, and typed in commands in CMD.exe. I did not download ANYTHING in the past 2 months, except minecraft.exe because i had to reload it after it crashed terribly. He was accesing things that i had super-long passwords on, and things that I never even knew I had on the computer! I need to recover all my files, cause they ARE NOT in the recycle bin, change all my passwords, and figure out what I actually have on my computer, and thats why I need so much time.

Sir, boot up your computer while it is unplugged from the internet. Then run a virus scan. Chances are your virus scanner will pick up on it. Chances are you did exactly what cschurz said and dowloaded a skid RAT (Remote Administration Tool) aka a trojan backdoor virus.

A good scenario:
     The virus is either not crypted at all and you simply dont have an AV, or the virus is crypted using a scantime crypter meaning you either have no good virus scanner to detect it, or a very shitty scanner. To remove it simply go to task manager, go to processes, and look at the process names and descriptions of EVERY process in the list running under your windows account username, and look at the description of the software. Look for something that stands out, then right click it and go to file location. Then once the file location is opened then end the process, delete that process file, and reboot and recheck to make sure you got it. If you are unsure as to what process looks suspicious then send me screenshots of all the processes you see in Task Manager via PM and I'll try to find one (if you do that then make sure I can see the process names and their full descriptions as shown in the task manager).

The very very very very bad scenario (but there's a silver lining somewhat):
     The skid used a run-time or RunPE crypter. What this means is the virus was hidden from AV scanners using a crypter, and that crypter injected the virus itself into an existing running process such as Explorer.exe or one of the other common processes. If that is the case then you will not see a stray process on the task manager. The only fix is to find the file on the hard drive and delete it. You can also try your luck in the registry and startup folder in the start menu because there WILL be a Windows Startup entry in the registry for that virus exe. Remove it and go to the file location (the registry startup entry will include the file location) to delete the virus and reboot. If this is the case the only way I could be of help would be via a team viewer session which means you would need to be online, but the good part is the skid isn't going to be watching for your computer to come online 24/7.

Do you happen to have teamviewer? People can get into that at any time when your computer is on.
I agree with 2coozy and Xeadin, either restore or completely format. If you don't have an anti-virus, get one ASAP.

Get a virus scanner, or wait. There isn't a way to tell for sure that I know of other than no more skiddy fags messing with your computer. If one does then you know you didn't get rid of the virus.
