1.4 - Safe to update

The reason that 1.3.1 was laggy when it came out, is that Opticraft used the 1.3.1R1 beta build, which is extremely unstable and actually almost corrupted my entire server.

it's beta build. I was playing on my server and bam its like "The developers at Bukkit has just released a new Bukkit build. Restart the server to update." I checked bukkit.org, it's beta/dev build

Could still be days, its a dev build, we wont use any until they release a recommended build

Apparently it's safe to update- Opticraft made the terrible choice of using a dev build x.x
