I'm trying to design a new texture for the stone bricks too.  Heh, like two or three weeks ago I had some time to kill so I actually walked around DC taking pictures of interesting looking walls that could potentially be turned into textures.

Thanks for the interest Beta!  I'm asking around $20k for the upper class homes.  But things have been pretty crazy for me lately, so I'm not sure when I'll be online next.  Not only has my new job been keeping me busy, but I had a fire at my house on Wednesday, so at the moment I'm homeless... 

So all my time not spent working (big conference this weekend too!) is being spent looking for apartments.

I'm not sure if you've already done this, but you should make a broken/crashed ship? Like an underwater one, or one which was shipwrecked and ran aground.
