I obtained one dragon egg (forget who I bought it from), and bought one from spyow7. I also bought a piggy spawn egg from spyow7.

Spyow wasn't listed to have the piggy spawn egg, but he doesn't anymore. Also note he no longer has that dragon egg.

Spyow also mentioned a player named AlBeroLiva has a piggy spawn egg (unknown if that player is active or not).

Also can the spawn eggs category be separated by spawn egg type?

All I was saying is if spyow has 1 ender dragon egg, and I have 9, and spyow sells me his ender dragon egg, he now has 0 ender dragon eggs, and I have ten. That's all I was saying. Otherwise the count would end up being off.
