Thank you everyone for you names.  I have found a name which I think will suit the city very well.  It propably will be called Tari, its French for dry. This is not the final name but I is highly likely it will be.

Radlam came up with it first, claw said Vegas and then Radlam said Slime Vegas, claw accused her of stealing his idea and then edited his post to Slime Vegas.

EDIT: Radlam and Claw might both have to be disqualified if they don't own up to who made the name.

I have though about it long and hard and I think you came up with the name and you own all the rights to have it.  Radlams copied names will be disqualified.
