It is not just your second chance after looking at your history. That is your fifth ban and our cutoff for perm ban is 4. That being said I don't see a reason to trust that you wont just grief again. So I will not be lifting the ban.

I will lift the ban but if you are caught doing anything against the rules again you will be premaritally banned and a appeal will not lift it. I am only lifting it this time because it has been several months.
