I was gathering ice. Using my efficiency 4 silk touch pick. I happened to dig under a grief trap. Not realzing it was there.. So then it banned me for gathering the ice under it. I didn't mean to do this. But it wont happen again, Thanks.

I checked out the trap. Looks like you couldnt have missed the building there, and there were tons of other places nearby with ice..

I was stupid and should have gathered away from that area. As well as I should have been paying more attention to what i was doing in the first place, so I didn't get into this mess. Sorry for that. This is something that will not happen again. Next time I will be more aware, so I don't make such a foolish mistake.

We don't lower these bans unless there was a mistake, from the looks of it, the trap works fine. You'll have to wait the week
