Reminding long time guests to sign up!

I was thinking it could help expand our community greatly if we had something in place to automatically send a /mail to any guest who logs on a lot. Different criteria could be:

•Logs in 30 times
•2 Weeks after first login
•5 or so hours total play time

Or anything else you guys can make up. I'm still not sure if it's possible to even do this, but it would be nice. The /mail would say something of the sort:

"Hey! You have been on Opticraft quite a while now. Why not become a member? You get access to our forums, the member world and other prizes! www.opticraft.net"

This means there would have to be a log of every single guests online time. Not that that's a problem, but it's not exactly worth the trouble. I'm also against pushing anyone to do anything, getting tons of notifications to vote messages is enough.
Plus if people are actually interested in becoming a member, there's already a broadcast that they can watch out for.
