personally I'd rather keep the degree of organisation which comes with limited skin
makers for the request topic, but, if I check with smiffy I think we may be able to
incorperate the idea of showing you own art-work/skins onto the skin gallery topic.

yes we can edit skins.

also I think SJ's skin looks good, as well nas the other qualifications.
Now we'll be waiting for Smiffy's vote, but you're probably going to
get in anyway.

p.s. noticed we don't have much people wanting skin requests, mabye
