easy greif repair

opticraft should add in a new command. /fix. even if a player isn't a moderator or higher they could type /fix to fix their OWN property. it would repair all blocks within 10 meters.
I have nothing agenst /helpop i specificly stated that it would fix the players own property not another players property.
/helpop would still be used for large greifs and to report unowned greif.

1. This requires a TON of work
2. Players would be able to use this to dupe items on a massive scale. A few mods have been banned for it.
