The Sahara. Because at least there you can find food easier, and there is change in the weather. It's always cold in the North Pole, even in the summer. In the Sahara, there is heat during the day and it's cold as all get out during the night. And sometimes, you can even find snow in the Sahara in the winter. Just...watch out for all the things that would try to kill you >.>
