Should Nineinchtails_ Be Unbanned

 Ok,so there has been some things going on between Morten1ela and a recruit(Nineinchtails_).
We're asking the community if he should be unbanned or stay banned.
Plz read Nineinchtails_ plea before you post/vote.

 Here is his plea:

Did I grief? Not else's work. I destroy my work if i think its neccesary
Did I Swear Excessively? No
Did I bot? Nope
Did I draw vulgaries? Don't think so
Was I rude to other players? Nope

Today i was banned for some admin named "murtan1---" or something like that. , my username was nineinchnails_

The problem started when a player griefed my work to make a path way to his work ...

As you see the tunnel was crossing my work to get to his, that's considered griefing.
When i talked to the admin he told me the tunnel was before my work, which is a lie because when i builded it, the world was empty. The admin didn't belive me.After this the admin surrounded the lobby with unbreakable blocks, covering my lobby for good. I decided to ignore him to keep out of trouble... Then i said

After this i was banned.

Is the evidence enough to proof that i'm not a griefer ?
If you didn't ban me for griefing, then why was i banned ?

My last words were "I'm sorry, i was telling rufarin". Is there anything offensive in that?

To be honest with everyone, who banned me its just a mad kid with too much power behind a keyboard ...

honestly, i say yes.

hes been on the server for a long time, and the only "crime" he had committed was being annoying.

as of yet, there is no rule against destroying ones own creations.

nineinch is a good friend and helpful person, i remember when he was a guest, sure its okay to be annoying sometimes. but i think banning is a little bit too much. if you want to get the point across, just kik him

I say unban, let him prove himself. Give him a SEVERE warning saying that if there is ever a complaint against him, or if he ever breaks any rules he will be banned without hesitation.

the fact that you won't unban somebody that everyone else feels necessary to, just because they were mean to you

im expecting a quote from this with flaming/swearing but the majority of people actually want this guy to be unbanned.

he did, after all, only be "mean" which i am sure we have all done sometime.
