Voting notification

I get the voting notification (You know, that little pop-up) every time I click on something on this forum. It's pissing me off. Can it be removed, and if so, how?

When the voting pop up pops up I type my name in and click vote.  All it does is brings me to the main voting page and does nothing...

Yeah, its basically useless and annoying, but opti wouldnt remove it last time we talked about it.

The popup is meant to be annoying. People are annoyed by it so they vote to get it to go away. This topic proves that it is working lol.
