Originally it was joshskiizz that banned you, but given the history and nature of joshburd on our server, that was considered the final straw. Advertising other servers in public was not the smartest thing to do, and is not allowed.

We would like to hear from joshburd, himself, if we are to make a decision on this appeal.

If you look at the span of his bans, they are from months 04-11 of 2012. By BigBadHenz's ban, it should have been permanent. Within 7 months he has proven why he shouldn't be allowed. However, it's his first appeal I believe, and it has been about 6 more months, so I would give you a chance. My 2 cents for slightly being involved. It's up to Xeadin, however.

Sending people asking us to unban joshburd, on the server chat, is not a smart idea-- that is subject to suspicion of ban-evading, which is also against the rules.

We still have yet to hear an apology from joshburd, himself. We'd want to make sure that he doesn't do something like this again, given his current record here on Opticraft, and that he knows about the current server rules, found here.

he was baned from the fourm for something but it is no fun and he is very sorry that he did those things and it wont happen again but plz un ban him

That was a temporary forum ban, which was already expired, so he should be able to log in to the forum.
