Simple. Click the "Profile" tab, towards the left of the screen will be your options to edit your information. To change your email, click "Account Related Settings", an option should appear saying E-mail. Here you can change your information.
Remember to click the "Change Profile" button towards the bottom, your account password is required to make any changes to your profile information.
