One of mine:
You know in snack factories, when bagging the snack, a machine dispenses a equal amount of the snack for each and every bag? This redstone contraption if based off of that. A minecart w/ chest goes around a track on powered rails. When it comes to the powered rail that isn't powered, it slows down a bit. Right after that unpowered powered rail is a detector rail, when the minecart hits the detector rail, the rail powers the unpowered rail in the front and back of it propelling the minecart back to it's original speed. Though, the minecart w/ the chest also goes under a hopper and chest with iron ingots inside. As the minecart passes over the detector rail the powered rails around it propel the minecart along but because the minecart is going slow enough right before the powered rail propels it along, the hopper dispenses an iron ingot into the minecart w/ a chest. The speed at which the minecart is going only allows one iron ingots to be dispensed into the minecart w/ chest. This works every time and it always dispenses only 1 iron ingot into the minecart. Similar to the way in which a machine dispenses an equal amount of a snack into each bag at a factory. (I now also realize that the redstone connected to those unpowered powered rails isn't needed for the detector rail powers the unpowered rails by itself.)
