No. Moderators just check up on the farm and make sure it hasnt been griefed or the farmer put their things in to the chest.

Also, surplus seeds can be kept, and yes, you put half of your crop collected in the food bank.

What you could contribute: In some sort of farming. Im an excellent farmer.
Position you would like: Carrot farm worker
Why you want this position: I want to help solve the problem of the poor not being able to have food to do stuff. Sprinting is essential to hunger bar levels. Carrots have a good amount of food levels and are usually easy to farm, which is why I'm applying to being a carrot farm worker!
