Lets start here, the weakest link in my "mod skills"
The reason, why i got demoted aswell as rejected
My activity can be described as no life day in day out no limits
you can confirm that in the many projects i've made
there huge and i dont care how long it takes or how boring the building is
brag brag brag...anyway
i basicly no life for a long period of time, and this alone was a good reason to make me mod the first time
the daily hours covered a large part of the day, theres no single day i skip or a day with less then 1 hour play
but in the end i let everyone down, by leaving for a long while for the loss of motivation
i returned with a new goal for mc, and its far by complete, and for this reason alone
i can guarentee for 100% that there will not be another break for atleast months
im building a themepark for everyone to visit, fun and free and it will take ages
i also like hosting events, to get the community together

Friends would discribe me as friendly and mature
I like to solve things with a small sence of humor to ease the pressure
I like autority, and i might be a bit harsh for those that offend the staff
Mods imo should not accept, disrespect towards the staff in any way
Also i am against excessive swearing, i often see other mods just ignoring excessive language
Last i like to warn alot, even for minor things, i like to see players getting kicked for minor offences
This imo prevents tons of unnecesary bans. how many times have they appealed whit "i didnt know".
I see alot mods, completely ignoring minor offences, and later they punish hard for an major offence...unnecesary.
And how bad of a punishment is a kick anyway? id like to warn players before they get themselfs banned.
So long story short, friendly yet strict

I've had plenty experience on other games/servers modding
I've been blue ranked on opticraft alot aswell
Been Classic operator and SMP moderator
I know all the cmds, have a fair judgement on abusive players
Im also very involved with the community, i often greed random members to get known into the lower ranks aswell
Im certain 100% of the staff knows my name, at least 90% of the trusteds...theres most likely 1 i miss XD
Not to mention the many lower ranks i talk to, which should be the most important group to know
And last but most important, i know exactly what will be espected of me, my duties and what effort that takes
