Today, hopper2468 and I (2468avc) bring you the 2468 Real Estate Agency. We are a group dedicated to finding housing for everyone, whether it be cheap or expensive, lavish or plain. How do we do this? By getting the biggest towns to advertise housing with us.

How to join us if you are a town:

Shoot me a forum message that you want your town's empty houses to be filled.

Show me the houses in question and provide me with 1 thing, the price of the house.

We sell the house ASAP and you get 70% of the money.

Prices are unnegotiable since the owner of the town will be expecting their full 70%.

Msg or mail me the house you want and I will sell it to you the next time we see each other in game.

FYI: A agent's priority is to sell houses, NOT to find houses to sell and build offices and the like. Hopper and I have all of that taken care of.

Becoming an agent is a responsibility. You need to advertise the company's services and arrange deals. You must be nice and a good salesperson.

An agent gets paid 15% of the price of the houses that they sell.

I also have some experience advertising and selling plots from before. I'm sure I'll be able to find a buyer a home that they are looking for.

Accepted. Btw, you don't need to buy the houses, you help sell houses.(I think that you also get a certain percentage of money if a house you're advertising is bought.)

It's an awesome idea, but what happens? Do you buy then sell the house? Or like normal real estate agents, just like sell it on, with your help?

Also how much profit do you make? As in you, avc/hopper?
