    I was wondering if anyone is currently building here or whatnot, at least trying to see who owns it. And would it be griefing to build on it? If you own it, please post here or PM me over the forums.

Ask a Moderator who built that.

I would personally count building there as grief, as each block you placed would be directly modifying one that he has destroyed.
