Public iron farm. [Not Hiring]

Sup fellas! So I have been working on my iron farm and I am suuure you guys have heard me talking about it. so It is public
RANKS:
Guest: gets 50% iron Total of 2 chests outta 4
Member: gets 75% iron. Gets a total of 3/4 chests for iron
Staff Members: gets 25% of the iron when the farm is being used by others.
 The farm is not done yet but is still pretty decent. It will be 27 cells from a week or two from now. I will be hiring staff members to help me make sure that item lifters, Redstone, Villagers, and donations are being Handled.
Now you may ask how to get the ranks, To get member you must do a good donation towards the farm, I am usually happy with 10-20 stacks of cobble, 4-6 stacks of glass, and 2-4 stacks of OAK WOOD
Staff members will be hired only from people who dedicate extra resources towards the farm and respects all the rules and is also been using the farm for more then a week. There will only be 1-2 staff members that I am hiring. I am not hiring right now I will change the subject later when things are wrapping up.    I am looking for people who will move villagers in minecarts. I am looking for people who Know how to make cells or get the attempt. I will post a video Docm77's to you if you need a re roll on how to make on. I am also looking for someone who can build the Pipes to move the iron golems. If you can do 2/3 of these you will have a good chance.

READ THIS!  I am STILL looking for 1 more Staff Member To deal with more company, So I have decided to extend the applications until Thursday. A lot of you probably would like to know how much of the farm is done. We are almost about 1/3 of the way done and most likely will be by the end of Wednesday. villagers are a pain

The best way to deal with villagers is to have 1 of the central cells of a layer act as a breeding ground for them. Means you have less distance to transport them in total and will likely always be within processing distance of them for breeding. You can then take a few out of the breeding cell to breed further in a newly created cell while you start to build another cell.

With any luck, it should minimise the waiting time.

So even though notabronie did not signed up I did hire him because he is a daily player and will get the job done. Meaning I am still deciding about hiring a second staff member. The second staff member (if I choose one) they will be dealing with all the questions that people have. This will help me because I have gotten a lot of qustions and it slows me down while working on the farm (for around 5-20 minutes). I will modify this reply in the next 24 hours.
