I atill dont understand how its fair for newer players, but whatever floats your boat. Im not talking about the armor/items/power i'm talking about it being 2v1 or 3v1 scenario where the team just gives eachother a high5 and collect loot in a ffa environment.

well heres the difference of what a team and guild is, team is-A group of players forming one side in a competitive game or sport.

And a guild means-An association of people for mutual aid or the pursuit of a common goal.

Anyone can join the guild, a team is a group and a guild is more of a community. a team sticks together wherever they go and a guild just does what it does, thats why there is rules to prevent things happening. just like salsa said:

BAM, salsa is gotta be the back of my brain, NOT 100% of the guild is gunna go into pvp and kick a new player's ass, it will be a player of our guild is going to pvp, if they win we get gear for a member that may not be able to afford gear, rather if we lose, then we lost gear from our bank, the point is we are a guild not a team and were not trying to kill off new players whenever the log on and go to pvp.
