Few points
-stay away from micro atx motherboards and cases. Just go with the standard ATX case and mobo
-You only have an ssd for storage? that wont do, just get a regular 7200 rpm HDD, an SSD is the last thing you need here
-Take the money you save from that ssd and get a better cpu. The one there is really outdated, get atleast a phenom II x4
- your motherboard should have onboard sound (even the one you listed does), no reason to pick up a $17 sound card as it will be no better than onboard sound
-With a low level cpu like you will be getting, the default heatsink will work, no need for an aftermarket cpu cooler.

What is your budget for the computer?
Also are you sure you only need 250GB?
If you are determined to get a aftermarket cpu cooler, I recommend the coolermaster hyper 212+. Its only $6 more than that one. I use it and it keeps my i5 really cool.

I'm not going to be building this pc anytime soon... probably in April or so. I don't have a real budget but I guess not going over 550.
Also yes I won't need more than 250gb.

You would have to look extremely hard to find a motherboard these days without onboard sound.

A quick list I put together that is a bit more powerful than yours. Its around what your original price was at. It doesn't include a cpu cooler (i dont think you will need one) or a wireless card but you can pick one of those up for $20 anywhere.
