That's not what I meant.  I mean the tags like "Welcome to ..." and "Now leaving..." aren't added to the other CP projects like Hill Valley and Ham Co., etc.

That's not what I meant.  I mean the tags like "Welcome to ..." and "Now leaving..." aren't added to the other CP projects like Hill Valley and Ham Co., etc. 

Unless they ask specifically they most likely wont be added, it's optional so people can choose if they want the messages and if so what they will say. Quattro92 asked me ingame if he could have the messages for Hill Valley, so I added them how he wanted them to be.
