You're gonna need something that defines a player as being 'old'. Or else have fun seeing 5 month old people show up.

There's going to be no way to regulate who takes part in this. Join date is irrelevant for something like this since other people will be online and attending. Just talk with the people you want to talk to and let the others go on about their business, no need to have 2 different dates for "old" players and "very old" players.
