Themojangcreeper banned because of me nerfo23

Hello everyone I am nerfo23, I am themojangcreeper's brother he is 13 and I am 9. I got mad at him and to get back at him I downloaded X-ray then told everyone that he had X-ray. Plz he wants back on the server he has been playing it since he first got a minecraft account plz unban him and ban me I am the one that should be banned because technically I was the one that downloaded it and was the one that got someone else banned. So plz ban me and unban him

Polls in appeals do nothing for you.

You may have been the one that downloaded it, but he was the one that decided to use it on this server, the punishment is still on him.

Also, you are not banned, therefore you shouldn't be appealing. It is up to him to appeal if he wishes.

He did not use it on the server I did I was on his account playing trying to get him caught plz unban him

Well we do have proof that it was his account, however, his account is his responcablilty. If someone else knows the password and can use it, that's on him.

Did u not read that Part we are brothers I have no proof but we know everything about each other.

I did, however that does not exempt you both from having responcablilty over your own accounts. If he wishes to be unbanned, he will have to appeal for himself.

That's another thing he can't create an account because I used his minecraft username to create an account on opticraft. So he can't create a new account because I forgot everything about that account
