Guest - You get when you join
Recruit - Build something, show an Operator
Builder - Build lots of things, apply on the forum
Crafter - Build lots and lots and lots of things, get permission from admin, apply on the forum
Operator - Apply on the forum
Admin - I'm sure you'll figure it out when you get there
