Rank/Donations help for swapping of account

Hi,
I have recently bought a new account named JoeTheBro, and Zera has helped me change protections on the smp server, but i would like some help to do with swapping over my ranks and donations.
For my ranks I was Trusted on smp, and recruit on creative.
for my donations I had a custom name message and extra homes as donations on smp, and $15 worth of donation credits on the creative server.
I hope this isn't a problem, and we can get this resolved quickly.

Unfortunately it is a problem. Only optical can do anything about your smp donations, as for the creative ones, what do you mean by $15 of credit?

He has a $15 coupon from the event. But Micah (or Joe, whatever you want to be called), Im pretty sure if you didnt use the coupon on your old account yet yet, you can use it on your new account, so its just smp thats the problem.
