Briefly describe all your creations: I started a city in recruit 5 then it was moved to 6 for more space, The city has grown hugely and now has 13 different buildings including leisure centres, apartments, skyscrapers, Houses and many more. It is conveniently located on the west side of recruit 6's spawn. you cannot miss it.

Although your builds are very nice, they only show 1 building style. To become builder, you need to show that you can handle more than 1 building style (example - you did modern type builds, so try medieval!) You need to add more details, exterior and interior wise. Every detail matters.
