Banned by console when loaded into server

Hi,

I recently put in a ban appeal (http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,20919.0.html) and was unbanned. However when I tried to go on the server today the console banned me as soon as I loaded in.
I feel as though this may have something to do with the fact that I have changed my Minecraft username since I was banned and maybe whoever unbanned me did so with my current username, not my old one?

Mkay, so I've done some fiddling with the various forms of bans upon you just as an experiment. Please try and relog again and reply to this forum post as soon as possible. Thanks.
