Hey i was just wondering if a new recruit world can be built. As of now all the other recruit worlds are full of project made by other people making hard for any recruits finding a place to build. I am trying to get the builder rank and its really hard without having the room to build, im sure other recruits feel the same way. I have tons of new projects i want to work on, its just no space to work on them atm. D: All im saying is can a new recruit world be made?
