Briefly describe all your creations:a skateboard,with a skater dude on it,has OG on the board,and it says AISIC below it. this skater dude if you look inside in bits is hollow,and i gave him small brains because he is a skater. his shirt is orange,with an A on it. his shorts are green. he has red hair. his hair covers his eyes,because i was afraid i would accidentally hit another structure. this creation is northeast of the spawn.

It states in your application you are a recruit, so I dont see how this is the problem.  Do you mean to apply for a recruit rank, because this work could possibly earn it, but probably needs a little touching up first, regardless your application for builder is most likely not gonna be accepted

Rejected, you aren't supposed to get a recruit this way.
To get promoted to recruit, build something cool and show an op ingame.
